BAE Systems Project Analyst in Hill AFB, Utah
Job Description
BAE Systems is building a team of System and Security Experts to provide information technology and information assurance services, along with multi-disciplinary security and specialized analytical protection support. Our Project Analyst will support the Program Manager by performing a variety of program management activities that include, but are not limited to, personnel management and accountability; requesting, monitoring, and reporting travel; labor hours, costs, and ODCs tracking; billing and invoicing; preparing, tracking, and disseminating contract deliverables.
The Project Analyst will also be responsible for the following duties:
Day-to-day management of overall contract operations
Supports the overall task order and groups of contractor personnel, possibly at multiple locations
Ensures all contractor tasks and deliverables are being performed in accordance with the contract sub-task
Ensures quality assurance standards are being met
Establishes and alters (as necessary) corporate management structure to direct effective contract support activities
Directs and coordinates the planning and execution of all contract support activities
Coordinates project activity and facilitate staff and matrix partners meetings
Identify trends and errors by conducting review of assigned projects
Evaluate key performance indicators, provide ongoing reports, and recommend business plan updates
Other duties as assigned
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
At least four years' experience as a Project Analyst in an established organization
Bachelor s degree or equivalent 4 years of experience
Strong spreadsheet and presentation skills
Strong financial, analytical and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
Detailed understanding of forecasting and actuals analysis
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Familiarity with Air Force programs and environment
Outstanding interpersonal, collaboration and teamwork skills and experience
Active DoD Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program accesses
Understanding of SAFe/Agile methodologies
