We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!The OpportunityThe role of the Partner Sales Operations Analyst is to accelerate best practices in executing corporate strategies and to drive sales success across America through data and insights. The ideal candidate will have validated experience working on Go-To-Market strategies, providing timely and accurate reporting, and assisting in the management of day-to-day operations. This is a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment that requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and collaborate to deliver, in a matrixed team environment. Based in Lehi, Utah, you will report directly to the Global Partner Sales Operations Lead and will partner closely with the Americas Partner Sales Operations lead. You will also work closely with the broader Solution Partner Programs and Sales Operations Teams located across the globe, to make a big impact quickly.What You'll Do * Accountable for reporting, analysis and insights for sales data including pipeline and bookings.* Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence around, pipeline management and business reviews.* Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.* Proactively investigate issues in the business (including performance to target, coverage and close ratios, and partner productivity etc.) and share your insights and recommendations with your business partners.* Contribute to the planning process, including defining targets and quotas in alignment to the Go-To-Market strategy.* Interpret and assess current business practices, reporting and processes, and provide innovative ways for improved efficiency and effectiveness.* Create ad hoc reports and data analysis as required.* Maintain strong relationships with worldwide peers to evaluate effectiveness of programs and impact of operational strategies, programs, and improvements.What you need to succeed * Bachelor's Degree (business, commerce, or finance related studies)* 2-3 work experience in sales operations or finance, or demonstrably related field.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and collaboration skills.* Experience with sales...
