Sunrun Sales Marketing Operations Program Manager (Install) in Lehi, Utah


We are looking for a new member of our Sales Marketing team. To undertake such a huge task, we need a solid contributor and leader. The Sales Operations Marketing Program Manager you will support thousands of employees across different sales organizations within the business. Meet with almost every level of employee from CEO to Call Center, so make sure your communication skills are top notch. Building relationships with every employee is important. There is a need for great communication from marketing to our internal employees and you will be the facilitator for that communication.


  • Plan multiple company retreats/activities.

  • Plan, book, and participate in leadership retreats.

  • Encounter a lot of last minute changes. Make sure you are quick on your feet and adapt to quick changes well.

  • Help design and choose swag that goes in the company store.

  • Plan company communications, in the form of podcasts, emails, presentations.

  • Manage department identity and branding all while keeping to company brand standards.

  • Build the culture for different departments.


  • Ability to handle stressful situations and extremely organized.

  • Ability to act professional, and strong integrity

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage several events at the same time.

  • Ability to write scripts and good grammar, and the ability to be creative will be must have skills.

  • Ability to manage tight deadlines. This is where your creative abilities will come in to play. When you have a tight deadline, and the creative teams are busy, step up and get the job done. Using photoshop / illustrator to put together posters, announcements.

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.

  • Sensitivity to problems; proactive ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong and innovate new solutions

  • Ability to work well with little direction and identify areas for improvement independently.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree/experience combination.

  • 5+ years of experience in a related field and position preferred.
