What you’ll do

  • Manages the vaccine and classical media product portfolio over its life cycle in a manner that maximizes the overall return/profit to the business. Ensures compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and commercial change process.

  • Builds and executes global product line strategy and collaborates on individual product launches, including value proposition, segmentation / positioning, target pricing, awareness & advocacy strategies, channel strategy and sales enablement (in coordination with Product Marketing).

  • Constantly seeks out ways to improve sales and commercial processes – leveraging the use of technology, tools, and analytics.

  • Identifies and assesses market needs, competitor activities and distribution risks, incorporating such information into the business plan.

  • Defines product value proposition and competitive positioning claims roadmap for new and existing products.

Who you are

  • Degree in Business, Lifesciences, Engineering or Biotechnology

  • 5 years’ experience from Product Management, Sales or R&D in combination with strong understanding of cell culture processes

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical experts

  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects, delivering results on-time and within budget

  • Strong business acumen and experience in customer & market focused activities

  • Travel required
