Savage is seeking a Salesforce Analyst to assist the Business Development teams at Savage with all aspects of business development and sales tracking, analysis, and reporting. In this position, you will provide support to sales and business development Team Members across three business lines, ensuring effective use of our CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (Pardot) and other tools. You will also be responsible for managing our customer database and directly involved in tracking and analyzing the Company’s Key Customer program. It is common to work on multiple projects at any given time, producing analytical work and support for our sales, marketing, and business development areas. This position reports to the Sales Enablement Manager. Experience with these tools or any CRM and Marketing automation tool is preferred, however candidates with a Financial or Accounting background looking to get into Sales Enablement/Operations will be considered.

What you'll be doing:

  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks

  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades

  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization

  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams

  • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements

  • Project Management:

  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.

  • Work with business owners to collect, document and implement projects in Salesforce.

  • Understanding of CRM and Sales Process best practices and functionality

  • Data management abilities

  • History of successfully driving projects to completion

  • Ability to design and implement new processes, facilitate user adoption and change management.

  • Coordinate with marketing the creation and execution of marketing campaigns

  • Control the development, implementation, and the ongoing management of Marketing Automation processes

  • Manage form processing and website integrations

  • Provide overall technical support for the CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation (Pardot) tools, along with guidance on tool impacts to the business

  • Establish and maintain data quality through daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting

  • Develop and maintain campaign flows to effectively move prospects through the buyer’s journey

What you'll need:

  • Preferred Experience in CRM or Marketing Automation Platforms (Salesforce Preferred)

  • Worked in a Sales or Marketing Enablement/Operation team

  • Passion for conducting analysis and presenting recommendations

  • Experience providing analytical and reporting support to business development, sales, and/or marketing teams
