Oracle Oracle CX Sales Functional Support Consultant in Ogden, Utah

Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Functional Consultants who join Oracle Consulting need to bring business domain and industry expertise to develop leading practice, enterprise applications. Our back office functional consultants possessthe capabilities of functional, process, and system usage knowledge combined with the necessary consulting skills to be able to consult and coach our clients through transformation.

We are looking to hire innovative functional consultants who can consistently and creatively identify solutions to address the needs of our clients for cloud applications. A skilled utility industry practitioner who knows how to reinvent Energy Retail & Customer Services in the new digital world and provide our utility clients with industry solutions and services.

CX Sales and Service Functional Consultants work in the Oracle Engagement Cloud in B2B Service Cloud, B2C Service Cloud, or Sales Configuration.

Specifically, you will be responsible for deliverables at every phase of the software implementation lifecycle such as:

  1. Preparing for, facilitating, and gaining agreement on global design.

  2. Documenting the client’s as-is process flows and communicating best practices for the to-be optimal state.

  3. Adapting the solution for localizations or business processes specific to a client’s business unit.

  4. Documenting and gaining agreement on the client configuration.

  5. Developing a test strategy to validate the solution and confirming successful deployment.

  6. Identifying risks or issues associated with assigned tasks; taking initiative to proactively alert project leadership of any risks or issues.
