U.S. Bank U.S. Bank Working Capital Consulting Manager in OGDEN, Utah

Responsible for supporting Treasury Management Consultants in the sale of selected technical and complex products, services, and solutions through the management of a team of Technical Sales Engineers. Responsible to lead the client discussion that is consistent with a comprehensive understanding of working capital management processes; lead to a "bundled" or a solutions based recommendation to a customer. Assist in client sales meetings, access customer needs through in-depth customer work sessions, develop solution-based client proposals, product presentations, communicate to internal partners, operations implementations, customer service, etc.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Sustain profitability and growth of unit(s).

  2. Provide strategic direction and leadership to pursue objectives of unit(s).

  3. Create and maintain cost-effective programs for unit(s).

  4. Actively ensure compliance with all US Bancorp policies and procedures such as Code of Ethics and all Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, Etc.


Essential Qualifications:

  1. 8 years of banking experience

  2. 3 years of management experience

  3. BA/MBA in finance, accounting, or other related field

  4. Well-developed leadership abilities and strategic management skills

  5. Knowledge of unit(s) and relation to industry

  6. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills

  7. Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills

  8. Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills.


  1. Decisions are made in conjunction with major corporation programs, plans or strategies. Independent action is normally required although other division or senior managers are usually consulted before final action is taken.

  2. Probable errors would have a material effect on major functions of the corporation.
