KLAS Enterprises Chief Operating Officer in Pleasant Grove, Utah
We seek a culturally savvy, growth-driven COO to guide our operations through significant growth over the coming years.
Large egos need not apply.
The KLAS COO is an individual with great strengths in operations, finance, and marketing. S/he has an appetite to lead out in a company whose mission is to deliver better healthcare to the world.
This position is well-suited for a strong communicator and leader who loves to develop people.
Expectations:
In collaboration with the CEO, help KLAS quadruple our impact by 2029
Set operational vision and strategy
Optimize operational ability and accountability
Work closely with sales leadership to ensure teams are functioning in tandem
Develop strong, loyal leaders to carry out the KLAS vision
Must haves:
Competent humility to both lead and learn from all levels
Demonstrated ability to lead a company through long-term growth and change
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships of trust and get people bought in to the vision
Excellent communication and relationship-building
MBA or relevant Master's degree.
8+ years in an executive, operational leadership role, preferably in a professional services organization
