ALTABANK Operations Manager in PLEASANT GROVE, Utah

Altabank, the largest community bank in Utah, is hiring an Operations Manager for the Pleasant Grove branch.Responsibilities: *Supervise the delivery of services to customers through new account representatives, vault teller and tellers *Achieve organizational sales goals and expectations *Ensure the branch is in compliance with all regulations, with primary responsibility for identifying and communicating deposit related compliance requirements *Monitor product delivery quality and take action to resolve problems *Assist with customer problems, complaints, and the ability to identify optional bank products and services *Assist customers with special needs or requests *Schedule and monitor the work of all associates to optimize the efficiency in the branch *Provide training and mentoring opportunities for associates to meet optimal performance standards *Evaluate, review, and recommend to management salary adjustments or disciplinary actionRequirements: *Two to five years of similar or related experience *Formal new accounts, teller, and operations training is required *Two year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or equivalent experience preferredWe offer competitive pay based on experience, excellent full benefit package, paid time off, and holiday pay.Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00.Equal Opportunity Employer-Veterans-Disabled For more information, or to apply now, you must go to the website below.
