Meet Our Team:

As a key contributor to the Pega Cloud Services Business and Strategy team, you will work cross-functionally with our Sales, Consulting, Alliances, Marketing and Product Management teams to evangelize Pega Cloud Services internally and to clients, collaborate on go-to-market strategies, generate pipeline, help close deals and provide enablement materials.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Become a Pega CRM and Cloud Services Platform expert, understanding the technology differentiators and how clients leverage our as-a-Service offerings to deliver business critical solutions

  • Evangelize and facilitate discussions for Pega-as-a-Service and the value of a platform service offering

  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing leadership to assist in creating and delivering campaigns to targeted verticals or geographies

  • Engage with Clients at multiple levels, from Business Sponsor to IT Architects to the C-suite to ensure qualified opportunities quickly move to close

  • Deliver presentations and deep-dive sessions to address Security, Compliance and Service Management concerns around Pega Cloud Services

  • Provide Cloud Architecture, Security and Compliance expertise to the Sales teams on specific opportunities

  • Be the voice of the client for Product Marketing & Management and the advisor and consultant for the Sales group

Who You Are:

Passionate about people & technology! A consultative collaborator that is motivated to drive Pega and our clients’ success across enterprise markets. You have a track record of success in supporting presales activities for business applications and complex solutions with a thorough understanding of Cloud Computing, SaaS and PaaS.

  • 5+ years of solutioning enterprise solutions in CRM, BPM or SaaS applications

  • 2+ years of technology business development or solutions consulting/architecture experience with enterprise customers

  • Advanced knowledge of Cloud Applications, IaaS SaaS, and/or PaaS (AWS, GCP, Azure)

  • You pride yourself in both business/management competencies and technology mastery

  • Strong knowledge of business processes and technology delivery approaches/models

  • Understanding and interest in technical business operations in relation to software services

  • Open-minded with appreciation for others’ diverse experiences, viewpoints, and understanding there are multiple ways to overcome an obstacle or develop a solution

  • High self and external awareness with emotional intelligence for attuning to customer and situational dynamics

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an ability to influence mindsets of senior executives, and capable of interpreting and explaining “technical speak” to diverse audiences

What You've Accomplished:

  • You have a track record of success in supporting selling business applications and complex solutions with a thorough understanding of Cloud Computing, SaaS and PaaS.

  • Strong advisory experiences where it’s been necessary listen, assess, and develop a summary understanding of customer business problems, and how to utilize information technologies to overcome those problems, or to meet specific related goals.

  • Have partnered with clients and sales teams to help solve their business problems and has a history of success when it comes to overcoming objections or other obstacles as they arise.
