Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking an Employee Experience Principal Project Management to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. Learn more about the GBSD program here.
What You'll Get To Do:
Act as an internal consultant to facilitate and influence change by leveraging business insights and strong stakeholder relationships, the Employee Experience Lead will make recommendations to enhance the overall employee experience at the Roy Innovation Center (RIC) in Utah.
Monitor and asses the facilities and site stand-up plans to ensure a welcoming environment and retentive culture. Influence and provide best practice solutions
Work Closely with Business Partners to ensure resources and support is in place.
Identify requirements and coordinate site services inclusive of food trucks, vending machines, dry cleaning and other site resources.
Partner with communication to manage campaign and platforms relative to employee services and engagement opportunities specific to the site and GBSD Enterprise programs.
Manage and facilitate the site/program ambassadors program to engage with and welcome new hires as they on-board to the facility
Support across organizations such as HR, communications, Engineering, program management, Diversity & Inclusion to maintain a consolidated view and facilitate employee participation in various employee and community engagement opportunities inclusive of clubs, ERGs, site specific socials, etc.

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
