Zions Bank has just opened anopportunity for a Business Analyst /Project Manager on the PropertyManagement team in our SaltLake City office. If you’re ready for the next rung on your career ladder,this may be your opportunity.

What does a day in the life looklike?

  • Responsiblefor managing new, relocating and closing location projects, with an emphasis onbeing the liaison between internal departments and external vendors. Lead andSME on branch hardware projects. Facilitate the fixed asset certificationprogram of physical building assets for all locations. Assist with shred projects,questions and issues for all branch location. Spearhead and track green and ADAinitiatives for the bank. Maintain hardware, system and building upgrade /repair tracking by location. Assist with space planning initiatives.

  • Otherresponsibilities will include coordination with our Property Managers and RealEstate / Leasing teams, maintaining detailed process documentation with thegoal of making each process more efficient, champion expense control ideas andgoals, review / approve invoices.

  • Requiresoperating a motor vehicle and maintaining a valid driver's license with a gooddriving record.

  • May be asked to assist with or take point on various other projects/ duties, as needed.

Qualifications

Whatyou need to bring to the table :

  • Requiresa Bachelor's degree and 2 years project management, construction and facilitymanagement or other directly related experience. A combination of education andexperience may meet requirements.

  • Workingknowledge of project management, construction, facilities management practicesand procedures to include project planning, contract negotiations, projectbidding and budgeting.

  • Knowledgeof state and federal regulations to ensure compliance.

  • Mustbe a self-starter who follows-through on deliverables, with greatcommunication, decision making, planning, customer service skills, who has aboveaverage MS Excel and Access skills.

  • CPMdesignation, ability to write MS Excel macros and CAD experience a plus.
