Primary Responsibilities:

• Provider Compensationand Incentive calculations

• Performmonthly and quarterly calculations of provider productivity and qualityinitiatives that adjust their compensation

• Developreporting results and present to Sr. Management and operations leadership

• Presentingand educating physicians on compensation plans and incentives

• SG&A management

• Managethe reporting and analysis of SG&A month end close

• Researchand understand business operations to identify cost cutting initiatives

• Lead,track, and follow up with Sr. leaders on SG&A efficiency initiatives

• Overseethe improvement of SG&A management reporting on a detailed and segmentedbasis to ensure cost tracking and containment with Sr. leaders

• Partnerwith operational Sr. leaders to assist in setting statistical metrics to enhanceawareness of operational performance and decisions around FTE management

• Forecasting, Budgeting& Monthly Financial Close

• Partnerswith Sr. and departmental leaders to oversee the budget creation and periodicforecasting

• Developscost/benefit analyses and staffing needs for key strategies or initiatives

• Participatesand develops company-wide business plan and strategies

• Assistsin performing monthly reporting around our financial close and varianceanalysis to budget or forecast

• Acquisition Analysisand Presentation

• Performdetailed financial and qualitative analysis on potential acquisitions ofprovider groups and network deals

• Performvaluation analyses, including multi-year discounted cash flow calculations, andanalyses of tax return information

• Capital Reporting andAnalysis

• Participateand oversee month end capital closing process

• Assistin capital project cost development and ongoing cost tracking

• Maintainmaster files of capital projects, track capital funding status, and assist inenhancement of management reporting

• Various strategicanalysis

• Creationand management of ad hoc requests and reporting from Sr. Management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree infinance or Accounting

• 2+ years of progressiveprofessional experience in finance and/or accounting

• Executive presence withstrong communication and influencing skills with internal and externalstakeholders (ability to translate highly complex concepts in ways that can beunderstood by a variety of audiences)

• Leadership experiencewith the ability to develop others and create a positive team-based workenvironment

• Advanced level ofproficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• You will be asked to perform this role in an officesetting, however, may be required to work from home temporarily due tospace limitations.

• Employees are required to screen for symptoms using theProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering yoursymptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approvedsymptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in order tokeep our work sites safe. Employees must comply with any state and localmasking orders. In addition, when in a UnitedHealth Group building,employees are expected to wear a mask in areas where physical distancingcannot be attained.

PreferredQualifications:

• CPA license or MBAdegree

• Experience in cost andpurchase accounting

• Healthcare experience
