In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and controls to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and its reputation. For every new product launched and every trade executed, it is Operations that develops and manages the processes and controls that enable business flow. RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS OUR IMPACT Global Market Operations Management and Strategy performs a key role in developing and executing some of the highest priority initiatives of the Global Markets Operations organization. This rarely available opportunity will allow you to gain insight and build expertise in a broad range of disciplines, including driving strategic initiatives, the firm's people agenda, corporate communications, footprint strategy, budget and business planning and divisional compliance adherence. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure working with Global Markets senior leadership as well as other teams in Operations. This specific role is to support Global Markets Portfolio Services, Client Onboarding and Margin, Collateral and Valuations EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years of experience HOW YOU WILL FILL YOUR POTENTIAL Identifying and developing divisional priorities and strategy for Operations* Executing on those priorities through project work* Producing analysis to support senior management decision making* Supporting leadership in the development and execution of their internal communication and engagement strategy* Developing content and presentations for senior leadership at internal events and external engagements* Preparing communications, including formal emails* Producing due diligence, analysis and business plans to support senior management decision making with respect to the strategic priorities of the firm* Managing the execution and implementation of those priorities and related initiatives* Managing and executing strategic projects* Given the nature of the work and the level of interaction with senior employees, an ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented and have a high degree of independence, maturity and confidence.
