Member of an expert services team who is responsible for delivering a quality solution in a timely manner, on budget and to a client*s satisfaction. Responsible for delivering a set of services and key deliverables that match customer specifications. Key responsibilities include the development, testing, and launching of marketing programs.
Senior consulting member of the Expert Services team who provides expert services both as an individual and a team member. Takes direction from senior team members and management to ensure quality marketing deliverables for Oracle customers. Has advanced subject matter expertise in marketing programs and campaigns. Has the ability to develop, coordinate, test, and launch standard/advanced interactive marketing programs using the Oracle Marketing platform for on-time, on-budget, and error free project deliverables. Takes an active role in guiding junior team members and leading projects. Can actively manage and resolve customer escalation, project scope issues, and technical challenges. Reviews project requests from clients to determine how to implement using established processes and best practices, or scope production specifications for custom projects.

A Day in the life:
Plan: Consultants will assist in developing theoverall Change Navigation strategy, communication plan, training plan andtransition plans for their projects. Consultants who demonstrate proficiency in developing the strategy andplanning deliverables will be given the opportunity to lead this work withsenior management oversight.
Analyze:Consultants will assist in analyzing the effectiveness of the change effort atkey milestones leading up to the implementation date. They will present theresults to client leadership and assist with making recommendations to improveunderstanding and buy-in of the anticipated changes.
Execute:Consultants will execute the change strategy by leading the developing of thechange impact assessments, execute the communication plan by writing thecontent and coordinating with Oracle University on the end user enablementsolutions. Consultants will be viewed astrusted advisors by our customers by delivering excellence, clearly communicatingthe methodology, action items and recommendations and exceeding customerexpectations.
Build thepractice: Consultants will help buildthe Change Navigation practice by contributing to methodology, assets,knowledge sharing and developing talent. Consultants will occasionally lead internal practice calls, learningsessions and talent development.
To be successful in this role, you:
Possess 2-4 years of management consulting changeleadership experience
Have a curious mind and demonstrate a passion forcustomer service, delivery excellence and developing talent
Are self-starter, confident, driven with strongorganizational skills
Have exceptional verbal and written communicationskills and ability to build rapport
Have excellent presentation skills coupled withan ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple manner
Have a proven ability to work with uncertaintyand solve problems
Are able to travel up to 75%
