U.S. Bank Senior Change Management Office Leader Consumer/Business Banking - Multiple Locations in Salt Lake City, Utah
The Change Management Office (CMO) Leader collaborates with product, technology, agile studio and front-line leaders to create, develop and adopt change for Branch Banking employees. This position works strategically alongside Consumer/Business Banking leaders designing change in the buildout of the change, communication, migration, training and adoption of these changes.
Own change rollout in collaboration with initiative owner to the branches.
Own measurement analysis and strategies in collaboration with initiative owner through the first initial phase of adoption (typically 90 days).
Own Performance Improvement strategies on uncovering why adoption is/is not happening on initial change rollout.
Lead rollout of Pilots to check for adoption and success/opportunities for ongoing success of overall initiative.
Uncovering Market Gaps and collaborating with Sales Support and Branch Leadership on Change Strategy and Tactics.
Branch Leader in the communication, influence, migration, training, and adoption strategies with all change related projects for the Branch channel.
Owns and monitors success of all rollout initiatives related to change in product, procedure, technology, process.
Regular communication with Region Executives and CBB Leaders on project progress and adoption rate.
Influential with Project Team in identifying objectives, goals/metrics, audience, risks and mitigation, communication plan, training plan, and tracking.
Implements Performance Improvement strategies in assuring adoption of rollout is successful and/or identifies why it was not successful and what tweaks are necessary.
10 years of related experience.
Recognized as an expert in multiple project areas.
Expert-level of knowledge of business function and technical skills.
Strong management, leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proven project management experience.
Well-developed knowledge of assigned business line or functional area.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Project Management-related skills and experience.
Expert-level knowledge of Branch Banking function.
Proven ability to think, work and solve problems strategically.
Established ability to influence others.
Strong presentation skills including ability to present to senior management.
Ability to work proactively and independently.
Master's degree in a related field.
