Wolters Kluwer Senior Content Management Analyst in Salt Lake City, Utah
The Senior Content Management Analyst develops and oversees standard technology specifications, data structures and content for specific products. Responsible for development and support of publishing technologies, and the collection and selection of content. Responsible for the design, development and support of electronic products with regards to both content and technology ramifications. Designs, develops, and deploys translation programming as required for electronic media.
Essential Responsibilities
Manages and coordinates the preparation and tracking of all aggregated content to digital publication channels.
Manages offshore teams responsible for content loading.
Also responsible for the quality of all content deliverables.
Primary day-to-day communication with product owners, customer engagement, developers and project managers. Responsible for strict adherence to schedules.
Manage and monitor production schedules.
Communicate status of content at all stages through delivery of content to online platforms
Confirm that all content is complete, accurate, and meets our quality expectations.
Interact with and manage internal and external customers and vendors.
Resolve issues quickly and keep content operations process moving.
Also, ensure that all changes or additions adhere to Content Operations guidelines and keep content processes moving.
Assures quality and timeliness of content updates to applications
Assures offshore vendor meets quality standards.
Escalates content currency/quality issues to management
Other Duties
Participates in training and rollout of new initiatives and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Education
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience, English, Production Design, or journalism preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years previous experience in production, content operations and process creation
Working knowledge content QA procedures for digital platforms
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
Experience with managing vendor/freelance work
Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook scheduling skills
