Kabbage is looking for a Partner Marketing Senior Manager to join us. Your mission:

Drive new customer acquisition by building and managing complex relationships with referral partners. Bring your relationship management skillset combined with your ability to glean insights from data to continue to grow and innovate the partner program at Kabbage.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Responsible for Kabbage’s both largest and fastest growing acquisition channel.

  2. Ideate and manage technical integrations both internally and externally with partners to foster growth in the channel and streamline referrals across multiple products.

  3. Manage relationships and interests of partners while keeping a pulse on the overall marketplace.

  4. Monitor quality of referrals and take action as needed.

  5. Manage pricing, commissions, loss rates, and profitability at the partner level to ensure we are continually optimizing for our goals.

Qualifications

What we're looking for in you:

o A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a partner program or similar, at scale

o Experience working collaboratively with cross functional teams and being the bridge between marketing, creative and legal.

o Leadership : Sound interpersonal skills and proven ability to navigate in a cross-functional setup.
