You will work across not only Worldwide Learning, but various other departments across Smartsheet, and with customer / partner groups to refine and grow our training business to ensure that Smartsheet has a rich ecosystem of partners and customers gaining intrinsic value for themselves, and their businesses.

You will report to our Sr. Director of Professional Services located in our Bellevue, WA office.

You Will:

  • Own the strategic vision and plan for Smartsheet University's training and certification offerings.

  • Manage Product Training Revenue attainment to Plan.

  • Develop a certification strategy to create a global workforce of accredited ambassadors.

  • Evolve the all-up business model for Smartsheet University, and the product value messaging across audiences.

  • Drive Smartsheet University requirements and offerings definition, roadmap, and enhancement strategy for new features and enhancements related to our learning, certifications and other credentials.

  • Define/support strategies and standard operating procedures for several modalities and distribution channels.

  • Analyze customer feedback and usage metrics to identify key pain points and opportunities to address.

  • Partner with Customer Excellence leaders to decide how Smartsheet University can be leveraged, deploy knowledge timely and to assist in new employee onboarding.

  • Lead the Training and Certification Managers to drive a unified strategy, associated set of principles and clear prioritization for hands-on experiences.

  • Work with our Support and Learning Partner communities to understand the needs of our learners and our trainers ensure that the program aligns to those needs.

  • Support, and recommend, pricing, promotions and packaging decisions.

  • Work with marketing teams to create customer and partner facing content and land key messages with analysts and the market.

  • Advocate for the training and certification program across Smartsheet and to our customers and partners, ensuring the Smartsheet University "story" is clear and understood.

  • Strategize and think about opportunities to revolutionize skills validation and exam delivery so that Smartsheet becomes the leader in our approach to learning and certification and support the design and implementation of those opportunities.

  • Track industry trends, drive competitive research and customer research, and partner with training and certification product managers to help establish the desired learner experience and drive innovation.

You Have:

  • 4-year undergraduate degree from an accredited university

  • MBA, or equivalent, from an accredited university

  • 5+ years experience developing Learning & Development strategies

  • Experience at building and program execution to bring programs to the next level
