Responsible for delivering a set of services and key deliverables that match customer specifications. Key responsibilities include the development, testing, and launching of marketing programs.
Senior consulting member of the Expert Services team who provides expert services both as an individual and a team member. Takes direction from senior team members and management to ensure quality marketing deliverables for Oracle customers. Has advanced subject matter expertise in marketing programs and campaigns. Has the ability to develop, coordinate, test, and launch standard/advanced interactive marketing programs using the Oracle Marketing platform for on-time, on-budget, and error free project deliverables. Takes an active role in guiding junior team members and leading projects. Can actively manage and resolve customer escalation, project scope issues, and technical challenges. Reviews project requests from clients to determine how to implement using established processes and best practices, or scope production specifications for custom projects.

o Plan, develop and execute the Change Navigation deliverables such as the Change Navigation Strategy, Communication Plan, End User Enablement Plan and Change Connector
o Exceedcustomer expectations by demonstrating outstanding verbal and written communication skills, presentation capabilities, analysis, creative thinking and solutions
o Contribute to knowledge sharing sessions, team development activities, team morale and coaching
Provide insight and ownership into our methodologyand IP to continually improve and transform our change proficiencies
Create new Change Navigationinnovations
A Day in the life:
Plan: Consultants will assist in developing the overall Change Navigationstrategy, communication plan, training plan and transition plans for theirprojects.Those who demonstrate proficiency in developing the strategy and planningdeliverables will be given the opportunity to lead with senior managementoversight.
Analyze: Consultants will assist in analyzing theeffectiveness of the change effort at key milestones leading up to theimplementation date. They will present the results to client leadership andassist withdelivering recommendationsto improve understanding and buy-in of theanticipated changes.
Execute:Consultants will execute the change strategyby leading the development of change impact assessments, writing change-relatedcontent and coordinating with Oracle University on the end user enablementsolutions. Consultants will be viewed as trusted advisors by deliveringexcellence, clearly communicating the methodology, producing recommendationsand exceeding overall customer expectations.
Build the practice: Consultants will help build the ChangeNavigation practice by contributing to methodology, assets, knowledge sharingand developing talent. Consultants willoccasionally lead internal practice calls, learning sessions and talentdevelopment.
To be successful in this role, you:
Possess 2-4 years of management consulting changeleadership experience
Have a curious mind and demonstrate a passion forcustomer service, delivery excellence and developing talent
Are self-starter,confidentand driven with strong organizational skills
Have exceptional verbal and written communicationskills and ability to build rapport
Have excellent presentation skills coupled with anability to communicate complex ideas in a simple manner
Have a proven ability to work with uncertainty, navigateambiguous situations and solve complex problems
Are able to travel up to 75%
