Analyze business needs and provide recommendations on how to program the product hierarchy to address the customer s specifications. Write custom reports and exports, and make modifications to the solution to meet customer's needs. Assist with end-user training and take the hotel live on the system after everything has been configured and everyone is trained. Mentor and develop lower level Implementation Consultants. May assist in a presales capacity to help drive sale.
5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to area of focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including a minimum of 3 years installing, configuring and supporting Oracle Hospitality Simphony. Candidate should have very strong Oracle F&B product knowledge and be comfortable with supporting other senior level resources.
Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport. Candidate should have a strong desire to share knowledge, develop and assist other team members or clients along with having shown prior abilities to be an effective team player, and will demonstrate commitment to ensuring customer success.
As a member of the Food and Beverage Consulting Implementation Support organization, your focus is to deliver Implementation Support and solutions while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving technical inquiries via MOS, phone and other electronic means, as well answering product questions and facilitating resolution of technical problems regarding Oracle Hospitality F&B products. This role provides advice and assistance with diverse customer situations and escalated issues. Resolution is provided in real time along with follow up for more complex matters.
Some areas of focus for this role include but are not limited to:
-Driving customer success by ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcome along with enduring value when implementing our products
-Enabling our ability to deliver solutions with quality, efficiency, and predictability resulting in successful implementations.
-Provide the team guidance and/or solutions relating to general product questions, product issues, configuration or general assistance.
-Enabling the organization with the tools and resources required to implement our products.
-Collaborate with the support, sustaining engineering and cloud teams on possible product BUGS or Cloud issues
-Provide critical status updates related to critical Bugs or Hosting outages
-Assist with high level implementation or project engagement for urgent customer impacting issues
-Provide triage and follow up on FBGBU consulting related escalations
-Create product documentation or MOS Knowledge articles to assist the teams with future solutions
Work involves problem solving along with understanding and applying company policies and procedures. In addition, you will need to understand the use of operating systems, hardware environments, software, networking and other Oracle products such as databases and how they all interrelate in a customer environment.
