The Revenue Analyst will work with the Revenue Manager to set pricing strategies for apartment communities. The analyst will have two equally important jobs to do to achieve their goal of maximizing revenue:

  • Develop the most effective rates and strategies to increase revenue.

  • Motivate Regional Managers and Property Managers to implement those rate strategy recommendations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent field

  • A proven track record of increasing revenue streams or strengthening the performance of a property or several properties

  • Be proactive in achieving revenue goals

  • Experience with revenue management reports and market performance reports

  • Innovative thinking to develop and implement strategies to increase profitability

  • Training experience, good teaching skills are critical to the successful implementation.

  • Effective sales ability.

  • Relevant experience in Revenue Management. Property Management experience is a plus.
