As an intern you will participate in our nationwide Internship & Co-Op Program, LEAP, where you will have the opportunity to Learn, Engage, Apply, and Progress within the company. In this position you will be supporting our Platforms & Services (P&S) Headquarters. This internship is a remote position based in Utah and the hours per week could vary depending on projects and availability. The candidate will work offsite (home or other designated location) but must have reliable transportation to meet with the supervisor in person at least once per week depending on COVID - 19 restrictions.

As a Human Resource Analyst Intern, you will:

  • Provide support to the Platforms and Services HR Team

  • Work directly with and report to HR Operations

  • Assist with process improvement projects with an emphasis on automation (macros) and reporting/analytics

  • Additional tasks may include data audits, documenting process instructions and other support as needed

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors Degree program pursuing a degree. Major is flexible as long as required skills are met.

  • Experience with advanced Excel functionality including Visual Basic (Macros)

  • Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy when working with data and reports

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be organized, responsive and able to work independently

  • Ability to prepare training materials and process documentation

  • Completed at least three years of undergraduate education

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Located in close proximity (25 miles) to Salt Lake City for the duration of the internship

  • Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Prior experience working with Human Resources related data
