_JOB SUMMARY_*: *

This position is responsible for selling practice development services to dental offices that provide the knowledge and training necessary to better utilize Henry Schein One solutions to drive a more profitable business. Assesses current metrics of dental offices and recommends more efficient and profitable routines and best practices for the office. Provides assessments, advanced training and coaching recommendations, implementation strategies, and consulting regarding software to dental offices. Assessments will span Practice Management, Patient Relationship Management, Patient Demand Generation, IT Infrastructure (Tech Central) as well as SaaS, HaaS technology solutions.

_KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:_

  • Conducts practice advisor assessments with customers, reviews report metrics and recommends business solutions and process improvements; this is primarily done in person at trade shows. Achieve direct sales target/quota for coaching and other professional services monthly, quarterly and annually. (60%)

  • Follows up on leads/opportunities created at trade shows and through other in-person customer interactions. (15%)

  • Creates leads/opportunities teaming with Practice Management Sales, eServices Sales and Product Sales Specialists to best support customers and prospects. (15%)

  • Conducts coaching sessions with customers by helping integrate best practices through the proper and more in-depth use of Dentrix, Ascend (PM), eServices (PRM, PDG) and other Henry Schein One products and services (3%)

  • Conducts webinars for customers on a routine basis to help offer additional training and insights (4%)

  • Presents on various topics at trade shows or other dental events (3%)

_EXPERIENCE:_

Typically requires a minimum of 5-7 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3-5 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience.

_GENERAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:_

  • Ability to demonstrate professional services value to close customer opportunities

  • Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills

  • Experienced in teaching in a webinar format

  • Excellence as a Dental industry sales professional

  • Analytical skillset

  • Ability to listen and understand customer needs, provide insights and recommend solutions that help the customer get the most out of their Henry Schein One technology solutions.


_SPECIFIC SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:_

  • Henry Schein One product portfolio knowledge including practice management solutions, services, and profitability coaching preferred

  • Dental Experience (Office and/or Clinical) preferred

  • Sales experience in building and managing a pipeline

  • Knowledge of how to overcome objections and close customer opportunities
