Oracle Sales Operations Analyst – Oracle Dyn (JoinOCI-Edge) in West Jordan, Utah
Performs budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations.
Performs budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations. Reviews capital expenditures and analyzes sales-related expenses associated with such things as the order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment. Performs regular variance analysis for expenses and budgets. Evaluates pricing structures to ensure fit with company objectives. Effectively incorporates client delivery schedules and operational changes into future revenue forecasts and revenue timeline considerations. Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses. May develop sales quote tools.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years relevant work experience. BS/BA preferred.

Join the Oracle Dyn GBU SalesOperations Team as aSales Operations Analyst.This position will help managing sale processes, dealregistrations, third-party tools and several other initiatives to keep thesales organization running effectively. This role is responsible for processoptimization, documenting processes and increasing efficiency. Performsanalysis activities for sales operations as well as maintains and enhances SFDC.
Outline of CoreResponsibilities:
Prioritize all revenuegenerating activities related to supporting the sales team.
Thisincludes but is not limited to the following:
Assisting thesales director with SFDC reporting, dashboards, documentation and enablement.
Partnerwith the sales director to continue to scale and grow the sophistication,process workflow and necessary changes to the sales team s process as the teamgrows and increases their use of the Oracle Dyn SFDC.
Assistsales reps with opp creationand issue resolution.
Becomean expert in the Oracle Dyn SFDC.
Helpthe sales team to ensure each deal keeps a high level of velocity asit relates to the sales process.
Learnthe Oracle Dyn CIC Price List and be seen has a subject matter expert for theteam.
Understandand implement the Partner & Deal Registration administrator role andapproval. This role will own the process end to end. Withcontinuous improvement and innovation.
Takea proactive approach at creating reports/dashboards and sales processdocument for the sales team.
LinkedInSales Navigator engage with the sales team to drive usage and adoption of thetool.
Assistwith various reporting projects related to forecasting, close rates, repperformance and deal analysis.
Assistwith the organization, preparation and presentation at theQBR s.
Knowledge of Excel andexperience with CRM
Previous experience in salesor supporting a sales organization is a plus

Work involves some problemsolving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying companypolicies and procedures. Graduate or equivalent with 0 - 2 years experience.
