Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Salt Lake City to join our Treasury team to help Zions digitally transform its banking and make a real impact in our industry. Customers want to interact with us differently and have very demanding expectations of their bank. FinTechs have also been propelling the industry forward. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for supporting our new and enhanced digital capabilities that create simple and delightful experiences for our customers.

Troubleshoot websites, applications, and user access issues.
Document incident items and escalates as necessary.
Coordinate issue resolution and validation of service restored.
Responsible for various system functions, including: Incident, change, system and project management.
Assist in troubleshooting servers, transmissions, and firewall access issues.
Perform application troubleshooting and makes recommendations for improvements and changes.
Work with vendors as needed to resolve issues.
Facilitate new or enhanced change management requests and post change validations.
Schedule change controls.
Configure installed software on all environments, perform fine tuning and application documentation.
Assist with Disaster recovery testing.
Responsible for application and infrastructure monitoring, coordinate with enterprise management and business unit on assigning and updating alerts.
Coordinate report reprints and monitors job processing.
May perform project management functions as either a project manager or team member.
24 X 7 On Call responsibilities for various applications.
Other duties as assigned.
