Zions Bancorporation is currently hiring an experiencedPlatform Analyst to work in our eSignature team. The ideal candidate will havethe skills and experience to:

  • Responsible togather and document requirements from various business users to analyze,design, build, and implement new eSignature processes, as well as recommendimprovements to existing processes while ensuring scalability and document,workflow & signing effectiveness.

  • Assists indeveloping documentation and departmental policies and procedures that impactthe use of the signature solution and manage/enforce created policies,including legal, compliance, risk, and security guidelines.

  • Responsible for implementation, development, and support forplatform technologies with a critical focus on DocuSign.

  • Responsible for core administration, configuration andplatform functionality maintenance and availability, including user management,system settings, and branding profiles.

  • Provides ongoingtechnical support for specialized applications, by acting as a liaison withvarious subsidiary management and staff to resolve issues as needed.

  • Conducts tests ortest planning sessions, provides input for feasibility and prepares user documentation,training, and follow-up evaluation.

  • Performs project functions as a member of an agile team,there may also be some project manager requirements.

  • Review release notes & scope for upcoming DocuSignreleases to determine impacts.

  • Ensure overall performance, availability and fitness ofapplications and environments.

  • Coordinate advanced development with vendors (specificallyDocuSign.)

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field and some experience in business analysis, project management, multiple technologies, frameworks, systems or other directly related experience.

  • A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

  • Basic knowledge of business systems, programming and systems analysis procedures, project techniques and practices.

  • Knowledge of department specific system applications or products.

  • Specific knowledge and experience with DocuSign or eSign methodologies are helpful (willingness to learn specific skills using DocuSign).

  • Ability to perform low-code or no-code development work to create functional reusable templates. (Familiarity with JSON, HTML, XML and SQL is helpful)

  • Requires strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills; detail oriented, inquisitive, and strong time-management skills.

  • Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and requirements

  • Ability to elicit, gather and analyze user requirements.

  • Solid presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to function in a consultative role and manage a team or project.

  • Requires solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees. Must be team oriented.

  • Must be familiar with Agile ceremonies and methodologies of skilled Agile framework

  • Must also be able to work independently.

  • Must be able to meet deadlines.

  • Working knowledge of various software programs, including word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
