Zions Bancorporation Sr Program Manager - Enterprise Architect Operations in West Valley City, Utah

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager having significant experience working with the financial services industry in Information Security. This leadership role will be responsible for initiating, planning and managing a program comprised of Information Security Projects. The ideal candidate is highly-organized, results-oriented and possessing the skills and experience necessary to:

  • Provide oversight, leadership, and manage overall execution of a program of Information Security initiatives

  • Build and manage relationships with internal partners at the program level and beyond

  • Communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple levels of business and technology leadership and teams

  • Manage project interdependencies, critical path, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes

  • Report on program level metrics

  • Provide value-added leadership; such as execution approach and strategy

  • Ensure program delivers on business objectives

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in project management processes, methodologies and tools

  • 3+ years of experience in information security, technical experience with cybersecurity controls, security networking, or other directly related experience

  • Experience managing teams using an Agile Framework

  • Strong resource, change and risk management, financial tracking and other related experience

  • Strong strategic planning, risk and change management skills

  • Vendor/Contract Management experience: Managing multiple vendors and internal resources across work streams simultaneously

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), as well as the ability to interact and influence all levels of an organization

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adaptive to change and able to work through ambiguity to drive consensus and determine go forward direction

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field

A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

Pay Range: $100,000 - $150,000

Bonus: This position will be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
